Welcome to CrossFit Squamish’s blog. This blog is the heart and soul of our community. If you have never been a part of a CrossFit gym you will quickly learn that we use this to share a ton of information, pictures, videos, workouts, or pretty much anything that we find interesting that day. You may find a photo of you doing your muscle up or a new heavy deadlift on here. You may find an article about a great new recipe that we found. The point is that we want to use this blog to develop a strong community that contains more than just great workouts. Please comment on anything that you find interesting, or would like to add to a particular entry. Please let us know if there is a topic that you would like us to talk about, or if you have a picture or video that you would like us to share. You will find that the information posted on here can be very diverse and random (and slightly off topic at times).
We are so excited to begin this journey! Our current status is…RENOVATIONS! Jesse is currently building my clinic room, the rubber mat flooring and the remainder of the equipment arrives tomorrow. We are working 7 days a week and all waking hours of the day to get the doors open as early in October as possible.
