As a final offering I give you a double header as a shout out to all who participated in the CFS 12 Days of Christmas WOD yesterday. Louise, I hope you can use these to videos as instructional prep for next year.

For those of you who couldn’t make it here’s what you missed:

for time:

1. Handstand Push-up
2. Knees to Elbows
3. Pull-ups
4. Push-ups
5. Sit-ups
6. Lunges
7. Air Squat
8. Double Unders
9. Deadlifts (95/65)
10. Power Cleans (95/65)
11. Front Squat (95/65)
12. Jerks (95/65)

*the workout is done the same way the song goes. 1, 2-1, 3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, 5-4-3-2-1, 6-5-4-3-2-1…. so on and so for until your last rounds is 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

FYI: Next Thursday morning we’ve added another Football Total (9:30AM), so hopefully this can pick up a few of the waitlisters, or a few of the later people can switch to the early class.
