Here are a few things to know for the upcoming weekend!
1. Friday night Open 15.3 competitor heats will begin at the usual 6:45pm. Come out and cheer and hangout!
2. Saturday and Sunday the gym is closed (see #4 below!) because we are hosting the CrossFit Powerlifting Trainer Course with Shane Sweatt from Sweatt Shop in Cincinnati (CrossFit Conjugate… remember their amazing team from the Games?!) . We understand that there is still space if anyone is interested. Talk to either Jesse or myself if you are unsure if this is for you, and you can sign up by following the link above!
3. CrossFit Minis will be from 9:15-9:40am this Saturday. We will claim a corner of the gym while the course is being set up…. we’re small, nobody will notice us 🙂
4. Saturday’s regular CrossFit workout is a hike with Jayde:
Why: Because it will be awesome and it’s good for you! Let’s hang out at the top and have coffee! (hopefully in the sun)
When: Saturday March 14th, 8am
Where: Meet at the top Chief parking lot (camping & hike entrance)
