This Thursday we are heading down to San Diego for a course, and will be back on Monday afternoon. This week will obviously be a shorter week in the gym… but that doesn’t mean you are off the hook while we are away. Thursday will still be a rest day… and then we will post workouts for you to do on your own Friday and Saturday, with Sunday a regular rest day. We will post Friday and Saturdays WODs on the blog the night before, and you can post your results to the comments section. Friday’s will be on your own (unless you want to coordinate with someone) and Saturday you will have two options.
Monday we fly in early afternoon and there will be evening classes. We are bumping the capacity slightly and will do a CrossFit Total. Please be here a few minutes early, warm-up with whatever space is available (skip, squat etc outside if it’s nice), and be ready to lift asap.
