Prepare yourself…. it’s amazingly delicious… make lots so you have leftover snacks.
Chop up into 1″ size pieces:
– sweet yellow onion
– large organic yam
– large organic sweet potato
– 4 carrots
– 1 acorn squash
– 1 package of nitrate free bacon (2 different options at Nester’s)
Put it all in a large frying pan or wok at the same time and cook over medium heat until everything is cooked and kind of mushy. We eat this with some scrambled eggs, fresh berries and either some avocado or fish oil capsules to add the fats in.
