I’ve finally made it through the last of the running before and after videos (64 people in total). I hope to review them with each of you in class on Monday night and Tuesday. Overall about 10% of people are already looking really good and are ready to add some distance, 80% of people made improvements in the right direction and will be good to go with some more skills and drills, and the final 10% of people still have some solid work ahead of them. In any case, for 3 hours worth of work you can’t complain. The next step from here is to continue with regular skills and drills 2-3 times a week and for those interested re-shoot video in 5-6 weeks.
