SLATER’S SQUASH ‘N’ SAUCE

“Ingredients:
Ground Bison (1lb ish)
1 Large Onion
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
1 Spaghetti Squash
Chopped Cilantro
Olive Oil
Smoked Paprika
Salt/Pepper
1 Lime

Preheat oven to 400F.

1: Cut spaghetti squash in half & coat in olive oil/smoked paprika/salt/pepper blend. Then place in the oven.

2: Saute onions/garlic, add meat until brown/almost cooked.
3: Mix crushed tomatoes, chopped cilantro, meat mixture & juice of 1 lime in a bowl.

4: Once spaghetti squash is almost cooked, pour meat sauce into the squash halves.
5: Return to oven until the squash feels/looks done. Took me about an hour total.

Cut up into serving size portions and yer good to go!”
