Schedule changes starting next week

The last of the Foundations are finishing up, and classes are again getting maxed out so we are adding another night class…

Starting next Monday the 10th the evening classes will be as follows:

If you were already registered for classes, you are still in the same order…meaning if you were in the 5 before you are now in the 4:30, 6 is now 5:30, 7 is now 6:45. Change whatever you need to! We hope this new schedule suits everyone.

Please be careful about waitlisting yourself for a class before or after one you are registered in…because if someone cancels within a couple of hours and you get to go to the other one, you may be late cancelling from the one you are currently in (this is happening more often on Saturdays and evenings). Just don’t forget there might be people waiting for your spot and lots of notice is appreciated.

If you look ahead on the schedule a bunch of weeks you will also notice that we are away on the weekend of May 28th-29th and classes will be cancelled (CrossFit Games Regional Qualifier in Calgary). We will do what we did last time and create WODs for you to do as a group or on your own.
