In pairs (1 fella/ 1 lady) perform in 30 minutes as many reps as possible of:

50 Sit-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)
50 Push-ups
50 Burpees
50 Wallball (20/14)
50 cal. Row
50 Double Unders
50 Front Squats (75/55)
50 OH Squats (75/55)
50 Goblet Squats (24kg/16kg)
50 Back Squats (75/55)
50 Bench Press (75/55)
50 Deadlifts (75/55)
50 Shoulder Press (75/55)
50 Push Press (75/55)
50 Push Jerk (75/55)
50 Jerk (75/55)
50 Snatch (75/55)
50 Clean (75/55)
50 Handstand Push-ups
50 Ring Dips
50 Pull-ups (chin over bar and breaking vertical plane)

Things you need to know:

-only 1 athlete may work at a time
-each reps is worth 1 point
-the movements do not need to be done in order
-not all movements need to be done
-not all reps need to be done for each movement
-teams will be ranked from highest score to lowest score
