So I’ve heard a few people say that they are up for the challenge, but a little fearful of how it is going to feel after a bunch of hours. It is fair to assume that small errors in rowing technique may result in a fair bit of discomfort many hours into a long event, and there are some subtle changes to clean up your form that can help prevent this! For those of you who are planning on rowing in the 24 hour challenge, I am setting up a session to review the elements of rowing technique.
