So that’s it. We’ve got 5 ergs so start building your teams (ergs are first come first serve). If we have extra people or partial teams we’ll try to hook you up with other gyms. As far as programming goes, it isn’t really going to change. I think in the spirit of how this event came to be, just showing up and grinding it out will be awesome… Though it wouldn’t hurt to throw a little more time in on the erg in warm ups over the next seven weeks.
