Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

I found this on the Lululemon blog today…. it sounds amazing and I’m sure some of you still have these ingredients kicking around from last weekend!

* ½ cup canned pumpkin
*1 cup almond milk (but based on the deliciousness of the Pumpkin Pie I posted last week I would try coconut milk)
*½ a banana
*1 tbsp of raisins
*1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
*½ tsp vanilla extract
*sprinkle nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger
