“* 1 cup pumpkin puree
* 1/2 cup almond butter
* 1/2 coconut oil (melted) *
* 1/3 cup maple syrup
* 1 tbsp cinnamon
* 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
* 1/2 tsp ground cloves
* pinch of salt
Place everything in food processor and puree until smooth.
Pour out mixture in square pan and smooth out with a spoon.
Place in freezer for at least 30 min. then cut into fudge size pieces. keep in freezer until ready to serve as it melts fast (like only thaw for a minute or two)
* Nesters now sells liquid coconut oil that I used. This tasted a bit like thanksgiving / xmas. Crowd pleaser and took like 7 minutes to make. I double recipe while I was at it.
