Back by very popular demand …and not so suspicious timing in the year 😉

We have restructured and evolved this group into a new more comprehensive format!! Food is still a component, but just like in the real life bigger picture of success in training, it is only one piece of the puzzle.  The new performance series will address a wider range of topics to help you get the most out of your training experience.

WHAT: 6 sessions of information and discussion, in an informal group setting, designed to help you optimize your overall experience of training by looking at concepts like nutrition, managing yourself and choices during sessions (how you view the whiteboard, picking training partners etc), injury and body management, concept of life balance, and establishing progressive learning.

WHERE: CrossFit Squamish clinic

WHEN: 6 Wednesdays from 8:30-9:30pm starting November 2nd and ending December 7th (conveniently before the Christmas Party that Saturday!)

COST: $75 plus GST

WHO: Anyone at CFSQ/Squamish Barbell regardless of experience level who is interested in learning more about performance and making some changes.
