Monday, Junuary 27th

I usually have a strong aversion to phrases like Junuary, but it’s just so true I couldn’t help myself. The good news is that it’s supposed to be sunny on….. you guessed it, 5 days from now?

The actual good news is that we officially have 13 people confirmed for Mexico. If anyone else wants to take advantage of the early bird pricing let me know asap (like tomorrow). Otherwise, it sounds like a bunch of people are going to book in the fall when it’s a bit closer, and there will be lots of opportunity to figure it out later.

The other piece of good news is that since so many of you “forgot” your inappropriate t-shirts last Friday (or by forgot you actually meant chose not to and your name is Bryce, or you left it in your truck because it seemed to small and your name is Ernie), we will keep Friday’s as inappropriate shirt day until it’s warm enough for short shorts. And even then we might keep it because I like the idea of the combo. Besides, if some people casually and randomly show up in inappropriate shirts for the next few Fridays it’ll have more punch. Don’t get me wrong, there were some good ones last Friday. And now I see the potential. Kale’s was a shocker for sure, and Taylor’s was creative to say the least… you won’t be able to tell from this picture, but this cute little camo number is actually a pair of tailored men’s underwear. Seriously. How are you going to explain this photo to your kid Taylor???

In case you are wondering, because I sure was, the part for the junk is in the back. As for the other two in this photo, I don’t think any words can further express what is going on. 🙂

Oh, and while I was looking for the above photo I found this other one I took this weekend at the Strongman Day. I love it because it sums up the randomness of our gym so well. This is KJ heading off in her road riding gear with her back pocket literally stuffed with ribs straight off Cliff’s BBQ. We all decided that it was good that she wasn’t heading out into the woods on her mountain bike.

That’s all. I hope you all feel enlightened by this very informative blog post.
