Monday: CrossFit

Tuesday: Rest Day (focus on good nutrition, water, quality of sleep, and stretching at least 2 times during the day)

Wednesday: CrossFit (This will not be an all out day for you, just turning it over and keeping active)

Thursday: Rest Day (focus on good nutrition, water, quality of sleep, and stretching at least 2 times during the day); If you use massage today is when you should get it.

Friday: You can either come in, warm up, do the skills, and I’ll get you on the Erg for a short pre event warm up. Or warm up on your own then run or ride: 5min light-5min race pace-5min light.

Saturday: Kill it.
