So you’re tight and a little lazy when it comes to stretching (this includes the excuse “I don’t know how to stretch” as it’s just a variation on lazy, given the resources at your becon call). Here’s the go:
Tuesday March 8th-May 8th we’re going to do a Mobility WOD AMDAP (as many days a possible).
Rules of the Game:
1. You only get credit for one mobility WOD a day.
2. To get a gold star each day you will need to perform that days mobility WOD (YES, I just said gold star!!!).
3. WODs can be performed at the gym or at home.
4. The most gold stars by May 8th takes the win.
