If you are having problems with the app like not being able to purchase a pass or signing in if you do have a pass here is the likely reason and the fix…..
The Mindbody Connect App is a general app that services (with the same general login) all businesses in the world that use Mindbody. Because of that it cannot honor our specific system settings. If you first create your profile on the computer in OUR system and then use the app with the same email address it should all be fine. If you created your profile for the first time ever on the app then you are likely to run into trouble with it being integrated properly to our system. Here is what you can do to try to trouble shoot:
1. Log into our Mindbody system and make sure all your info and email address are correct https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/classic/admhome?studioid=7879
2. Log into your Mindbody Connect App
3. Go to “My Info”
4. Go to “Settings”
5. Go to “Sync accounts”, and it will send an activation email. This is where you need to make sure that your email address in our system is the same as the one you are using for the app.
