That’s the idea right? Our goal is to work multi joint movements, through a full range of motion, that mimic those which occur in nature (our daily life’s). To that we add an intensity. To which the end result is an increase in work capacity over broad time and modal domains. All good right… well not according to “Shake Weight”. Enjoy.
