Kale Chips

Pre-heat the oven to 275.

Use 2-3 heads of kale if you don’t want to be disappointed with how good they are compared to how many you get to eat… 1 head just doesn’t cut it.

Pull the foliage (haha) off of the stem and place in a large bowl. Pour some olive oil on the kale and whatever other flavour you like (it’s not all that paleo but we are fans of sea salt and vinegar). Mix it all together so that each leaf is moist with the olive oil.

Place the kale leaves on cookie sheets so that the leaves are relatively flat. Use a paper towel to remove any excess moisture (damp is ok, but drenched just won’t turn out crispy).

Bake for 20ish minutes, but basically until the leaves feel a little crispy. Be careful not to overcook and burn them!

Devour.
