“Jayde’s Girls Group'” has been running for 3 years now and these girls have improved so much it’s unreal! I am extremely excited to share our fall programming schedule and also offer 2 more class options to allow even more young ladies to participate! Please take a look below and see which program would best suit your daughter! Seeing these young girls improve their physical strength, gain confidence in themselves, learn new skills, and feel comfortable just being themselves around a small group of girls has really made this program what it is! More than fitness is happening!
A small private group training session for young ladies! Developing strength, speed, endurance & coordination, all while working with others & having fun! We use all kinds of equipment, gymnastics, body weight movements, sprinting, jumping! These girls develop fundamental skills that are transferable to other sports they play! With learning new skills comes a new level of confidence! Class size max is 10.
“Performance Girls Group” (12-15 years old):
This is a hard working group of young ladies aiming to improve their athletic abilities & reach a higher level in their sport. This is much like the above described program, however this class will run twice a week and involve more challenging pieces and output. Whether the girl’s focus is aimed at a specific sport or a more general focus, we will create a more powerful well rounded athlete! While using various equipment & a great variety of training tools these girls will learn new skills & gain confidence! They will be surrounded by and be training with other awesome young girls! Max class size is 8.
