>Snatch (one of two Olympic Lifts). If you already know the Burgener Warm-up, get it done everyday this week. If you don’t, then Thursday’s open gym is the best chance to get it sorted. Through the week we’ll work on some aspects of the lift, and this Saturday we’ll focus on the lift in it’s entirety. Giddi up.

If you are figuring out your schedule for the week and are interested in getting into a class that is already full, it is worth using the waitlist function as most often a spot will open up as some else signs out (you’d be surprised at the hours of the night that these shifts happen!). You are able to be on the waitlist for one class and also registered for your second choice.
