If you are NEW TO CROSSFIT, here is the scoop…

The very first FREE Foundations 1 class is this Saturday, October 17th at 2:00pm.  All you need to do is click on the “schedule” tab on our website, find the  “Foundations 1” class on that day and click on “sign up”. This will prompt you to create a user ID and password which will become your future login info. And that’s it. Check out how to get to our gym on the “Contact” page, and then just show up a few minutes early to orient yourself. Wear some comfy workout clothes and bring a water bottle. Immediately after the class this Saturday is our Grand Opening BBQ so you will be able to meet some people that already CrossFit and other new curious people.

For now we will run a Foundations 1 every Saturday for sure… but if this doesn’t work for you please contact us!

Your other option is to convince 4 of your friends, family or co-workers to test out CrossFit and we will set up a Foundations 1 for all of you at a time of your choice.

(If you already CrossFit and have just read all the way through this post anyways… there are regular classes running all this week. Feel free to sign up for any of them!)
