Mel sent this in… (and titled it after the fact)
Fresh Fruit – like mango, a papaya, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mix and match perhaps.
1/2 can of coconut milk. I decided to use a huge papaya.
Peel, place in food processor and add coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
Divide evenly in serving cup and place in freezer for at least 5 hours to set.
Eat and perform a spin (because you’re happy).
p.s. I should have divided it into individual servings but had put it only in big bowl. “
