As many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Double Unders
15 Power Snatch (75/55)
Each week as the WOD is posted we’ll blog our plan. We want to keep it flexible to make sure we can get the most out of it as possible and seat it appropriately with the rest of our training.
Note: Thursday nights at open gym will always be an option.
This week we’ll do this WOD on Friday. We’ll go through Power Snatch as a technique and run two heats so everyone has a rep counter.
Note: if you’re a competitor then only Heather, Mike, or Myself can count your reps.
For all competitors: I would encourage you to get on the Games site and watch the video regarding standards for the movements, there’s more variability than you’d think.
For everyone: I would encourage you to take care of those shoulders on your rest day. Between doubles and working overhead you’ll want to feel good come Friday.
For anyone who wants to register now that they know the first WOD: Sign yourself up prior to Friday’s class.
