Bacon wrapped rotisserie chicken

Directions as per Cliff:

“Ingredients: One chicken, wrapped with Maple Leaf’s nothing added bacon, stuffed with garlic, orange slices, lemon slices, basil, cilantro and dill. Yams, olive oil.

If you have a gas grill all you need is a rotisseries and a cast iron frying pan to make this. Set up your rotisserie as you normally would and cook chicken at 275-300F for an hour and half to 2 hours depending on the size of the chicken. Then place a cast iron frying pan with your yams coated in olive oil and herbs on the grill under the rotating chicken. Cook till yams are done, stirring them often. Dinner is ready when the yams are.”
