Asian Lettuce Wraps (with Turkey)

Penny tipped me off to these after a lengthy conversation about the deliciousness of lemongrass….

In a wok saute:

– diced sweet yellow onion
– diced red pepper
– diced mushrooms
– ground turkey (you could use any meat but it’s a good use for ground turkey)
– cilantro
– lemongrass
– chili pepper
– pinch of sea salt
– fresh squeezed lime

Break off pieces of iceberg lettuce and fill with turkey mix. Top with shredded carrot and fresh sqeezed lime.

Easy and fast.
