A No-Egg Breakfast!

Some of you are looking for some variety in your breakfast options. Kathleen sent this to me this morning:

* 2 cups of raw kale
* 4 ounces of roast beef (left over from a real roast… not the deli meat style)
* 1/2 avocado
* Tbsp Salsa Verde mixed in with the avocado and chili flakes (Trader Joe’s is the only one we have found with no crap in it)

Saute the kale until soft, throw in the beef and then dump (those were her exact words) it on top of the avocado mix.
