My dad is a family physician in Ontario and just told me about this video that is circulating in the medical community right now. Though the info won’t be ground breaking for the majority of you, there are a ton of interesting stats stuffed in there, backed by some good research. I think it’s well done. And maybe you have some less “motivated” family members or friends that you would like to pass it along to 😉
